Job Description

We are leading Software provider for Hotel and  Restaurant Management(Restaurant POS) System. We also provide ERP software for Retail billing(Retail POS), Account and Inventory management and courier tracking/management system for Nepal and international markets. To fulfil the need of market expansion all over Nepal and abroad, we have opening for this position.

Objectives of Software BDM role

  • Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
  • Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
  • Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
  • Train sales professionals and help improve their skills

Responsibilities of Software BDM

  • Formulating long-term strategic business plans
  • Leading and mentoring business development teams
  • Managing and expanding relationships with strategic partners and key clients
  • Directing the course of new business initiatives
  • Collaborating with executive leadership on business growth and market positioning
  • Overseeing the development of large-scale proposals and contract negotiations
  • Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients

Skills and qualifications

  • Proven record of experience is Software sales and Business Development
  • Proven record of sales growth
  • Experience in managing sales or marketing team
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in managing software sales or marketing teams
  • At least 5 years of similar experience in Software company
