The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive - Business Development to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development initiatives to drive revenue growth. You will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and leverage your digital marketing expertise to generate leads and close deals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring win-win partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, fostering long-term loyalty.
Manage and analyze digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media) to generate leads and support sales efforts.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business development and digital marketing.
Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related sales role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and achieving new business growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing operations, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools a plus.
