Job Brief 

We are searching for a Senior Officer of Business Development who is enthusiastic, committed, and efficient in identifying company growth prospects and developing plans.

The Senior Business Development Officer's responsibilities include identifying underperforming organization services, developing an in-depth knowledge or understanding of organization pricing, and setting regulations that assure income when goals are achieved.

Experience and Education

  • A minimum of three years experience in business development, and marketing is required
  • Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline

Responsibilities of the Senior Officer -  Business Development

  • Contribute to the creation of business plans; collaborate with and communicate with stakeholders within the organization
  • Develop business proposals for clients in order to help them improve their operations by utilizing company services
  • Develop new retention techniques, such as conducting client interviews and incorporating their comments into the growth strategy
  • Plan and carry out all digital marketing activities, including display advertising campaigns, email, social media, marketing databases, and search engine optimization and marketing
  • Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Monitoring customer feedback, comments, and social media posts
  • Candidates must be able to effectively document and report on their daily activities in a way that others can understand
  • Participate in the quarterly planning process for the organization's development and progress
  • Identify thought leadership possibilities as well as other marketing and campaign concepts
  • Maintain excellent partner connections to ensure efficient and long-term cooperation
  • Create a growth plan that focuses on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Organize meetings with prospective clients for business development
  • Promote the organization's services by addressing the client's goals

Job Specification

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and managerial abilities, as well as proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication in English both written and verbal as well as the ability to work under pressure and fulfill deadlines with minimum supervision
