Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and highly organised Brand Manager who can elevate our digital presence and manage our brand across all platforms. You’ll be the key driver behind our content strategy, campaign execution, and team coordination.

Importantly, you’ll take ownership of turning ideas into polished content—working closely with our content editors and designers to make sure all posts and videos meet brand standards and quality, without needing constant corrections from upper management.

This is a creative and hands-on role, perfect for someone who’s passionate about content, branding, and digital growth—and confident in leading social media projects while paying attention to the small but important details.

You’ll need to be a strong team player with a positive attitude, patience, and the ability to guide others with clear feedback and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop content ideas and social media scripts aligned with brand goals.
  • Plan and schedule daily posts across all social platforms.
  • Collaborate with content editors to ensure all materials (videos, graphics, and posts) meet brand guidelines and require minimal revisions.
  • Work closely with students, celebrities, and the public to create engaging, relatable, and shareable content.

2. Social Media Engagement:

  • Actively Monitor, respond, and engage with followers across all platforms.
  • Stay on top of digital trends and competitor activity to refine content strategies.
  • Work with influencers and brand advocates to boost reach and engagement.

3. Team Supervision and Collaboration:

  • Lead and supervise a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality output.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and management to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute campaigns and content initiatives.

4. Event Organization and Management:

  • Plan and organize events such as exhibitions, and photo/video shoots, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and align with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.

5. Reporting and Strategic Planning:

  • Report on social media performance, content effectiveness, and engagement metrics to management on a regular basis.
  • Provide weekly plans and updates on upcoming content, campaigns, and events.
  • Analyse data to inform future content strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
