Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated CA/Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and assist in preparing reports. Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle VAT, TDS, and Income Tax filings as per IRD Nepal regulations
Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements
Assist in internal and external audits
Coordinate with international clients/companies and manage related financial reporting
Use accounting software, especially Xero, for bookkeeping and reporting

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

CA or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant
1–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Good knowledge of MS Excel and general computer skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn and grow in the field
Good communication and teamwork skills
