NepOps is seeking a Senior Backend Developer with expertise in PHP and Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining backend systems for our flagship products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop backend solutions using PHP and Python.
Architect and implement RESTful APIs to support seamless integration with frontend applications or other systems.
Optimize application performance through efficient database query design and caching strategies.
Ensure code quality and maintainability through rigorous testing and code reviews.
Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive data and protect against vulnerabilities.
Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth and development.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development using PHP and Python.
Proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
Experience with Python frameworks such as Django or Flask, etc..
Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Proficient in git.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or Digital Ocean
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools.
Experience with implementing CI/CD and other DevOps concepts at a team level.
Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
