• Work closely with the commercial teams on different projects to uplift the channel share by analyzing an array of data points and finding the bottlenecks & its solution.
• Analyses current trends and data to help the team with Assortment plan, Channel growth and new initiative.
• Manage the campaigns and the execution of the same by closely working with Commercial teams, DMall, Traffic Ops and Marketing teams.
• Managing day to day operations in coordination with the regional & local cross border team and adopt the best practices to enhance the channel growth
• ​Handle and coordinate with regional team for onboarding Cross- Border sellers and manage the seller performance.

Requirements

• Masters/ Bachelor’s Degree in business management or any other relevant qualification
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a management-oriented field
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (specifically in Excel & PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Highly motivated and able to demonstrate strong business development skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
