We are looking for a proactive Senior Architect/ Planner to take charge of all the consultancy’s projects operations and support/ participate in the completion procedures.

Job Description 

• Co-ordinate and verify work with the project leader
• Need to check quality of giving attention to details and functions both
• Should be visually and intellectually aware about contemporary demand and need of vernacular approaches in planning
• Need to solve problem with good analytical mind
• Need to work on urban/ city planning and development and preferably keen in urban planning related works
• Need to work independently with flexible timing

Academic Qualification & Skills:

• Should have completed Master's degree in Architecture or Master's Degree in Urban Planning with Bachelor's degree in Architecture 
• At least 5 years of working experience after Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Candidate having knowledge and working experience in planning will be preferred,
• Candidate having professional knowledge/ qualification with Geographical Information System GIS are highly encouraged to join our team,
• Excellent drawing skills of all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, 3D Rendering using Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-ray, LUMION, Photoshop and Video Editing Software for rendering and presentation,
• Should have good knowledge of Nepal National Building Code NBC, Planning and Building By laws and other codes and compliances,
  
• Should have excellent skills of conceptualizing and transferring into drawing,
• Having proven experience of development of master plan articulated in details and 
• Candidate with working knowledge with Tourism Development Master Plan, Integrated Urban Development Plan and Land pooling is highly appreciated.
