Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect/ Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating innovative and functional designs for office spaces, residences, and other architectural projects. You will play a key role in designing, leading, and executing projects while collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

Create 2D/3D layouts, renderings, and technical drawings.
Develop innovative and functional interior/architectural designs for office spaces, hotels and residences.
Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Lead and mentor design teams, ensuring project objectives are met.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure design implementation aligns with vision.
Provide revisions and updates based on client feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design or a similar role.
Knowledge of building codes, materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Strong design and form-giving skills.
Proven experience in interior design and/or architecture (portfolio required).
Ability to translate client requirements into practical designs.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
