Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven expertise in architectural and interior design, project coordination, and site supervision. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities to manage design teams and deliver high-quality projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion.
Oversee and coordinate with clients, consultants, and construction/site teams.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
Guide junior team members and contribute to team development.
Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
