We are seeking an experienced architect to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to design and oversee the construction of buildings, landscapes, and other structures. 

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients to understand their needs and objectives for the project
• Preparing and presenting design proposals, including detailed drawings and models
• Create and present design concepts, renderings, and drawings to clients
• Coordinate with other professionals, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to ensure that all aspects of the project are integrated into the final design
• Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications for construction documents
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in compliance with design documents
• Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications
• Manage a team of designers, providing guidance and support throughout the design process
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and materials
