Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
Minimum 7 yrs of experience in housing/apartment projects
Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable laws
Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and other related topics
Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, construction methods and materials, and other technical aspects of architecture
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Having two-wheelers with a valid driving license
Min age: 30 yrs

Note: Candidate must be proficient in MS Office package and must have fluent communication skills in English and Nepali

Designing, planning and overseeing the construction of residential/commercial buildings and aparmtents
Prepare construction documents, such as architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
Developing conceptual designs for construction projects
Creating plans and technical drawings for building structures
Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
Checking building plans and permits to ensure they meet local codes
Overseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with plans
Approving changes and modifications to ensure compliance with regulations
Keeping abreast of new technologies, materials, and building regulations
