  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Attention to detail
  • Should have 3-4 years of experience in related field
  • Should be empathetic and able to manage

Job Description

  • Ensure day to day administrative running of the office
  • Fleet management, vehicle management, fuel management, logistic arrangement
  • Provide support in program activities, meeting, seminar & workshop
  • Procure office supplies
  • Ensure that periodic inventory of the fixed assets (property) of the company is conducted
  • Ensure that government taxes (i.e. vehicles, house rent, electricity, telephone  etc.) are paid on time
  • Can prepare various agreement related with house rent , distributors ,government letters etc., and able to type in Nepali
