We are looking for someone who can join our team immediately with below mentioned list of MUST HAVE characteristics/ profile.

  • Proven experience in the related field and functions with priority to those having longer experience. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience but having potential to excel and prove themselves will also be considered
  • Expert/ proficient English (verbal /written as well as listening skills) is a must as we work closely in UK market
  • Minimum Bachelors / preferred-Masters in Management or CA/ ACCA (finalists/ Part qualified can also apply if they have Bachelors' degree)
  • Outspoken personality with ability and willingness to deal with clients, teammates, customers, suppliers as this position demands constant contact with people inside and outside the organization
  • Knowledge of office applications, word, excel, professional email communication is a must

Job Description

  • Carry out financial and administrative part of a UK company in close co-ordination with UK office and staff
  • Receive/ make phone calls on behalf of the employer as required for cash collection/ debt collection and payment queries based on aged debtors list
  • Gather information needed for accounting, financial and taxation purpose and organize so that the information is available in real time for other users
  • Follow up customers, suppliers for missing information, unpaid invoices/ bills etc and sort out the financial / payment issues with customers and suppliers
  • Co ordinate with banks, tax office or any other parties as required by the job
  • Liaise with various functions and departments to ensure smooth operation of the business
  • Learn/ use accounting software used by the client or their accountant and liaise with the accountants for the financial and other matters whenever required

NOTE:

  • The candidate must be comfortable to work as per UK timing, this means the office hour will be around 12:00 / 1:00 in the afternoon to 10:00 /11:00 pm in the evening depending upon UK office timing. This is a precondition for the role. 10 hours a day with 2 hours break (Sat/Sun off)
  • Would suit candidates that have worked in a finance and administration background with regular customer contact skills, and have experience with quality control and ability to work under strict deadlines
