Job Description

  • Reconciliation and return filling of VAT of head office and projects.
  • Maintain and monitor daily books of accounts for head office and projects
  • Invoicing to client and liaison with JV partners and clients regarding project
  • Accounting of Invoices of the respective project in the Management book
  • Liaison with Tax officials for collecting tax clearance and another tax-related issues of respective projects
  • Return filing of Income-tax return for Projects and head office
  • Handling of documents and maintaining the reports as per the relevant accounting standards and facilitating auditors at the time of audit
  • Preparation of accounting statements and reports in accordance with approved accounting standards
  • Preparation of periodic management reports such as monthly project reports and account review reports of the respective project
  • Preparation of monthly cashflow in a timely manner 
  • Forecast income and expenses of a respective project monthly
  • Calculation and payment of PIT of Expats in a timely manner
  • Ensuring Lease agreement is updated on NOMOS One  
  • Reconciliation of VAT, VAT Withheld, WHT Credit ledger, and local book debtor and creditors ledger 
  • Prepare and send a monthly progress report to the management team 
  • Maintaining incoming and outgoing correspondence, handling documents and reports accordingly of projects
  • Preparation and submission of cash sheets
  • Preparation of cheques and payment process
  • Petty cash handling
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement and submission of BRS on time.
  • Computation and payment of salary tax of both local staff and expats.
  • Pushing accurate entries on time and review of Epicor books of accounts.
