Waldo Dynasty Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant / Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee the complete accounting and financial operations of our casino business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, taxation, auditing, and regulatory compliance, particularly within highly regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire accounting and financial operations of the company.
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure full compliance with Nepal tax laws, audit standards, statutory requirements, and casino regulatory laws.
Handle VAT, TDS, income tax filings, casino-related financial reporting, and regulatory submissions accurately and on time.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, regulators, and government authorities.
Monitor and control budgeting, cash flow, internal controls, and financial risk management.
Supervise, train, and guide accounting and finance team members.
Provide timely and accurate financial reports, analysis, and strategic insights to management for decision-making.
Ensure strict adherence to casino financial compliance, internal control policies, and reporting standards.

Other Specification

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (Senior Accountant candidates with strong casino or regulated-industry experience may also be considered).
Proven experience in finance and accounting, preferably within casino, hospitality, gaming, or highly regulated industries.
Strong knowledge of Nepal taxation, auditing practices, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism.
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with senior management and regulators.
