Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain robust internal financial controls to ensure accuracy of day to day operating accounts
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Conduct complex accounting transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage cost accounting processes and implement effective cost management strategies.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategic financial plans.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and provide training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree and 7 years of experience in the field
• CAP-II certification from ICAN or equivalent qualification will be a plus
• Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of taxation laws and auditing principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
