  • Masters and above (MBS/MBA/CA) degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience: Preference shall be given to candidates with priorwork experience
Salary: Rs.80.000 and negotiable (as per candidate's experience)


Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company's operations
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
  • Handle cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Prepare tax returns and handle all tax-related matters
  • Communicate regularly with senior management on financial strategy and performance
  • Mentor and train junior accounting staff
