We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team at Hukut Store, a leading retail/shops company in the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of success in the retail industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow and perform cash management duties
• Conduct regular reviews of financial data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations
• Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies and goals
• Manage and mentor junior accounting staff
• Communicate financial information and reports to relevant stakeholders
• Support the annual audit process and ensure all financial records are properly prepared and reconciled

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team

Note: Preference shall be given to candidates with previous work experience in the electronics industry.
