Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team at Hukut Store, a leading retail/shops company in the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of success in the retail industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor cash flow and perform cash management duties
Conduct regular reviews of financial data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations
Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records
Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies and goals
Manage and mentor junior accounting staff
Communicate financial information and reports to relevant stakeholders
Support the annual audit process and ensure all financial records are properly prepared and reconciled

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the retail industry
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Team player with the ability to work independently
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team

Note: Preference shall be given to candidates with previous work experience in the electronics industry.
