Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Oversee and manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct regular financial analysis and budgeting to provide insights and recommendations for financial performance improvement.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and assist with annual audits and tax filings.
Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis activities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff and support their professional development.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
