Brand Logiq, a leading marketing agency in Nepal, is seeking a skilled and organized Accountant to join our growing team. 

About the Role:

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth financial operation of our agency. You will be responsible for a range of accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax preparation. You will also work closely with other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial data is available.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records according to Nepalese accounting standards.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including preparing invoices, managing payments, and reconciling bank statements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits.
  • File tax returns and comply with all relevant tax regulations.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to inform management decisions.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
  • Stay updated on Nepalese accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Accountant in an agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of Nepalese accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
