Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or CA semi-qualified with ample experience. Master's Degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a senior position
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, mostly Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Description

Able to collect data and prepare reports as required by management
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
Supervise and train accounting staff as needed
Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making
Conduct internal audits to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
Assist in the implementation of accounting software and systems
Prepare and review tax returns and other financial documents
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
