Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management regarding financial performance.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.

• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as necessary.

General Ledger Management:

• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Review aging reports and follow up on overdue receivables.

Tax Compliance:

• Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns.
• Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the company and make recommendations for compliance.

Internal Controls:

• Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the accounting team.
