  • Preferred qualifications include being a Chartered Accountant (CA) or having completed the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification, or being in the final stages of completion.
  • Strong proficiency in the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, including Profit & Loss accounts and Balance Sheets.
  • Ability to effectively manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Proven skills in generating and presenting management reports, providing valuable financial insights for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and financial management tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams, clients, and management.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to relevant accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the weekly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts receivable and payable, as well as conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Lead month-end reconciliation processes to close out financial accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Take responsibility for the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, including the Profit & Loss account and Balance Sheet, providing a clear overview of the 
  • Manage the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients or customers.
  • Generate and present management reports as needed, providing key financial insights to support decision-making processes.
