Responsibilities

• Over all responsible to look after all banking activities, auditing, purchasing, stock  management, and Salary and others payments of the employee & Vendors 
• Records data entry of daily purchase 
• Monthly Tax clearance, stock management, required to be done 
• Salary of employee need to prepare 
• Responsible for all banking and auditing fields work which need to be done for Mart 
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Records payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, Manage change for mart 
• Redeem stamps and coupons
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
• Responsible to order goods, make payments to vendors, ensure collect receipts 
• Manage all purchasing bills and sales invoice 
• Bar Code need to be created for different products as per required, for this training will be given
