Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting (CA preferred)

Experience of at least 4 years in a well reputed firm
Strong knowledge and grasp of Tally. You will be quizzed on Tally during interview, therefore please only apply if you have working knowledge of Tally.
Excellent Excel skills. Candidate should know how to work with logic statements and know how to create and use pivot tables
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali language

Job Description

Senior Accountant will oversee all day to day accounting entries of Yeti Polychem in Kathmandu. The account officer will report directly to the directors of the company. Some of the daily tasks required are mentioned below.

Record day-to-day entry of accounting data in Tally
Reconcile daily records with factory and banks
Create and maintain landed cost of raw materials
Create daily reports of sales, cash flow management, and LC
Review and finalize salary sheet in compliance with company policy
Prepare and file VAT and eTDS returns
Prepare documents for audits
Knowledge of banking
