Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in accounting, finance or related field 
  • 1-2 years related experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance or related field
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), including expertise in Excel as a financial management tool
  • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work as a team member

Job Description

  • Maintains financial records of accounts
  • Using accounting software to create spreadsheets and reports
  • Reconciliation of Banks statements, vendor, customers and expenses ledger
  • Perform bookkeeping, general ledger functions
  • Meet the deadlines
  • Prepare financial reports and statements
  • Assist sales/service team in collecting payments from customers
  • Purchase and sales invoicing through software
  • Submission of vat and tax and its reconciliation
  • Planning for vendor payments and issuing of cheques according to plan
  • Presenting accounting issues and results to Accounts Head
  • Readily adapts to a changing work environment and work assignments
