• Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports
• Reporting day to day activities to the concerned head
• Document financial transactions by entering account information
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
• Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
• Be aware with concerned laws, rules, acts, and regulations
• Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
• Must be aware of Tax system of Nepal. Must be responsible for submitting tax returns
