Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Full Charge bookkeeping including all month and year end journal entries
Sound knowledge of dealing with Tax Department, Banks, LC management, all type of loan management
Compilation and preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements for in-house use and Chartered Accountants Firm for year end tax purpose and decision making
Working knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax Laws, VAT, Customs and Excise
Sound knowledge of Tax assessment
Reconcile Cash Book and Bank Statement monthly

Other Specification

Must have completed Bachelor in Commerce & above
Should have more than 2 years of experience (strictly from manufacturing sector)
Must have good knowledge of accounts and accounting terminologies
Must have experience in Tally and MS office Products
Must have demonstrated ability to make sound professional decisions
Must be self directed and self motivated
Semi-qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) are not applicable

Heritage is the only manufacturer of Jacquard (Graphics), Stripe Ribbed, 3 Line Ribbed and Velour Carpets in Nepal. Hence, we substitute the import of those products and benefited to the country by saving foreign currencies to some extent. More than Sixty percent import had been substituted by heritage carpet in short period of time.
