Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • ACCA, CA, or equivalent certification (preferred).

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll management.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP ERP).
  • Strong knowledge of compliance with Income Tax, VAT, Customs, and Labor Laws.
  • Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of cash flow management and risk mitigation.


Job Description

Reports to: Finance Head

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Chief Financial Officer in preparing Long Term / Short Term / Annual Finance strategy of the assigned business verticals in line with business strategy.
  • Manage Short Terms and Annual Budgeting and forecasting giving clear picture of the business performance to the Management.
  • Manage end to end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable of the respective business verticals in line with the Company policy.
  • Manage and run Payroll of the whole organization aligning with the Company policy and prepare reports like yearly salary distribution report, monthly Variance report, monthly department wise staff cost report and any other reports as per the requirements of the Management.
  • Ensure compliance with all the applicable laws: Income Tax, VAT, Customs, Labor Laws amongst others.
  • Regularly keep a track of cash flows of the respective business vertical and timely report to Chief Financial Officer ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational and future business requirements.
  • Support Chief Financial Officer in identifying and mitigating financial risks, implementing internal controls and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments in providing financial insights and support in enabling their goals and objectives in line with the organizational plans and strategies.
  • Maintain good relations with external stakeholders ensuring business operations are smoothly managed.
  • Ensure regular financial reporting of respective business verticals to check the financial health.
  • Manage operational activities of the respective business verticals like documentation of Annual
  • Maintenance Contract, employee related activities (attendance, employees’ personal files, business travel details, leaves etc.), official letters and other activities as may be required as a part of the responsibilities assigned to the position.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Finance as a part of the accounting responsibilities.
