Job Description

Frontline Hospital is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Account Officer to join our team. As a Sr. Account Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, payroll, and billing.
Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual budgets.
Monitor and track financial performance and report any deviations to management.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Oversee the billing and collections process to ensure timely payments.
Collaborate with other departments to develop financial strategies and plans.
Train and mentor junior finance staff.
Handle any financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
