Job Description

Frontline Hospital is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Account Officer to join our team. As a Sr. Account Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of our organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, payroll, and billing.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual budgets.
  • Monitor and track financial performance and report any deviations to management.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee the billing and collections process to ensure timely payments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop financial strategies and plans.
  • Train and mentor junior finance staff.
  • Handle any financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
