The Role

An excellent opportunity exists within our organisation for the right person who has a passion for SEM/SEO specialist in all its forms to lead and manage all the search engine marketing and search engine optimisation activities. The successful candidate will be a team player who builds trusted partnerships with the wider marketing team by providing data driven insights and recommendations to improve performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Execute tests, collect and analyse data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
• Analysing and recommending changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEM/SEO performance
• Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
• Improving market share/competitor reporting and offering recommendations to improve performance
• Campaign implementation and analysis with ROI reporting
• Delivering improved keyword searches, traffic and conversion results
• Developing and implementing link building strategy
• Working with the wider marketing team to ensure SEM & SEO best practices are implemented, with a focus on continual improvement
• Driving SEM and SEO content creation and content programming
• Responsible for the Google Merchant Centre and its daily diagnostics
• Implement re-marketing/re-targeting strategies to assist with lead generation and branding
