Qualifications :

  • Having completed at least CAP II or Equivalent Level from ICAI/ACCA or
  • Have completed 3 years articleship as prescribed by ICAN/ICAI or having similar experiences 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or Accounting or Finance

Major abilities & skills

  • The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting, auditing, and taxation knowledge, with proficiency in NFRS/IFRS and Nepalese tax laws. 
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities are essential, along with strong MS Excel skills
  • Able to lead client audit engagements
  • Having good working experiences of corporate laws, VAT & Tax Laws on small business, medium business, cooperatives and industries
  • Good knowledge of accounting software like Tally, Swastik etc
  • Knowledge of Audit, Account, Income tax & VAT in Nepal

Job Description

  • Managing auditing/consulting projects, assigning staff to clients and overseeing projects to completion, complying with policies, procedures and standards at all times.
  • Managing a team in the auditing/consulting division.
  • Writing and presenting reports.
  • Assisting in the assessment and management of business and risk.
  • Measuring all financial operations including financial statements, expenses, and requests.
  • Suggesting improvement of audits, including but not limited to automated auditing and control self assessments.
  • Ensure completion of audits on time. 
  • Analyze financial data, records, reports and statements
  • Maintain and update financial databases including audit findings. 
  • Coordinate with the management to take necessary action on audit findings.
