Description:

Prepare and certify financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
The candidate is familiar with Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRS) and its implementation.
Conduct audits (statutory, internal, and external) and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Oversee tax planning, filing, and compliance with corporate and indirect tax laws.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls and risk management processes.
Ensure compliance with company law, regulatory filings, and statutory obligations.
Provide financial guidance and advisory services to senior management.
Assist in strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders to address queries and ensure smooth operations.
