We are looking for a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (preferably someone who has discontinued CA Finals) or a candidate with relevant accounting experience in managing group companies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to strategic decision-making within the organization.

Description:

  • Prepare and certify financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • The candidate is familiar with Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRS) and its implementation.
  • Conduct audits (statutory, internal, and external) and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Oversee tax planning, filing, and compliance with corporate and indirect tax laws.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company law, regulatory filings, and statutory obligations.
  • Provide financial guidance and advisory services to senior management.
  • Assist in strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders to address queries and ensure smooth operations.
