Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and motivated Semi Qualified CA / Chartered Accountant to join our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, Nepalese taxation, and financial compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial reports and statements
Handle taxation, VAT, and compliance-related tasks
Assist in audit, accounting, and reconciliation tasks
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Coordinate with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required
Support management in financial analysis and reporting

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Eligibility Criteria:

Preferred Fully Qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or equivalent professional body
Candidates who have completed CA Intermediate are encouraged to apply
Article training experience will be an added advantage

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Sound knowledge of Nepalese Taxation and Corporate Laws
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and professional interpersonal skills
