We are seeking a mid-level Semi Qualified CA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, and a passion for sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Monitor and analyze monthly financial results
• Prepare and review budgets and forecasts
• Review and reconcile balance sheets and P&L accounts
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to track and report financial performance
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities
• Manage various accounting projects as needed
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Note:

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
• Preference will be given to CA background candidates.
