  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or e-commerce operations will be an added advantage.

Job Description

We need someone who takes seller onboarding seriously, not someone who hesitates, avoids face-to-face pitching, or gets intimidated by high-end stores. This role demands confidence, clear communication, and the ability to convince premium fashion retailers in malls and key markets across Kathmandu.

You should be able to walk into established Fashion Sellers in Kathmandu premium marketplace like Durbarmarg, Malls, etc, speak with owners or managers, and present Divaa in a way that earns their attention and respect. If you cannot confidently explain our value, handle pushback, and close onboarding with quality sellers, this role will not be a good fit.

You must be strong at building trust quickly, addressing concerns with logic, and guiding sellers through account setup, product listing, and our commission structure without confusion. The job requires consistent follow-ups, disciplined tracking, and coordination with internal teams. We expect you to maintain a pipeline of reliable, premium sellers who meet Divaa’s quality standards — not just onboard anyone for the sake of numbers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Seller Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify and approach high-quality fashion retailers across Kathmandu Valley
  • Confidently pitch Divaa’s value and onboard premium sellers
  • Negotiate and finalize commission structures and onboarding terms
  • Assist sellers with account setup, product uploads, and photography coordination
  • Maintain a disciplined, accurate seller pipeline and onboarding tracker

2. Operations & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main contact point for onboarded sellers
  • Monitor seller performance and ensure strict compliance with Divaa’s quality standards
  • Coordinate with content teams, delivery partners, and assigned riders
  • Handle basic customer service queries and issue escalations
  • Identify counterfeit or low-quality products and ensure they are removed without delay
