Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Marketplace team at Daraz manages the complete journey, experience, performance, and engagement of marketplace sellers for Daraz. We are seeking a talented team lead with strong analytical skills to support the compliance function regionally in order to build the right systems and processes for compliance.

Review and enforcement of standardized policies and guidelines across countries.
Set up strong compliance measures across countries to minimize policy breaches and identify gaps.
Run Bi-weekly Seller scorecard and indemnify the sellers on the order limits
Finalize the Financial Indemnifications as per payment cycle
Handle Growth Centre in Seller Centre
Handle Seller Appeals and Claims for financial and non-financial indemnifications
Build clear education plans for sellers in order to combat education gaps
Work with product and data teams to launch smart systems to identify fraudulent behavior

Requirements

Bachelors/Masters in any field (CA/ ACCA / Engineering preferred)
3 plus years of relevant professional experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.)
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product and Data teams
Adapts well to fast-paced working environment
