Job Description

The Security Head is responsible for managing all aspects of security operations at Plaza Banquet. The role focuses on ensuring safety, managing risk, and overseeing the deployment and discipline of the security team, particularly during high-profile events. This position requires a proactive leader with strong surveillance, crowd management, and crisis response skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all security operations and personnel at the banquet facility
Develop and enforce safety protocols for events, guests, and staff
Plan and implement security arrangements for regular functions and high-risk events
Coordinate closely with local authorities in case of emergencies or large-scale functions
Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and conduct routine security audits
Supervise security guards, manage shifts, and ensure full coverage
Conduct staff and vendor background checks, especially for temporary hires
Handle conflict resolution, crowd control, and emergency response planning
Ensure safety compliance with fire safety norms and emergency evacuation procedures
Maintain detailed logs of incidents and submit regular security reports to management
Manage entry/exit protocols and oversee parking security arrangements
Assist in VIP guest management and coordinate with event management teams
Train the security team in professional conduct, emergency handling, and protocol adherence
