Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact among Executive, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
  • Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
  • Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents ;collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications
  • Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results
  • Assisting the Director on a regular basis with regards to operational tasks
  • Maintaining good working relationship with key personnel
  • Arranging a highly organized schedule of meetings as per the availability and approval
  • Capable in communicating on behalf of the director during his unavailability
