Job Description

Qualifications / Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2-3 years experience in relevant field
  • Overseas experienced candidate will be given preference


  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Executive Chairman including:  
  1. Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports
  2. Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential
  3. Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and 
  4. Compiling documents for travel-related meetings
  • Handle all correspondences of Executive Chairman, cc to Executive Chairman and concerned  personnel
  • Communicate directly, and on behalf of the Executive Chairman, with new and existing Clients 
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and  manages a variety of special projects for the Executive Chairman, some of which may have  organizational impact
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on  projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Comply with Company Policies and Procedures, Nepal Labor Laws
