Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated Secondary Level Teachers / HOD for the subjects Science and Computer. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering subject-specific lessons, supporting the academic progress of students, and creating an engaging and disciplined classroom environment that promotes effective learning and critical thinking among students.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Curriculum Delivery
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for secondary-level students, ensuring alignment with the curriculum.
- Utilize smart boards and digital teaching tools to enhance learning experiences.
Department Leadership
- Lead the department by setting academic goals, monitoring teaching quality, and mentoring teachers.
- Coordinate departmental meetings, training sessions, and professional development initiatives.
Academic Planning & Evaluation
- Develop lesson plans, assessment strategies, and evaluation methods for the department.
- Monitor student performance and implement interventions to improve learning outcomes.
Administrative & Coordination Duties
- Manage departmental resources, including teaching materials and technology integration.
- Liaise with school management for academic planning, scheduling, and policy implementation.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Introduce innovative teaching methods and digital tools to enhance classroom learning.
- Evaluate and improve departmental teaching practices for better academic performance.
Student Engagement & Support
- Foster a supportive learning environment, addressing academic and personal development needs of students.
- Guide students in projects, competitions, and extracurricular activities related to the subject.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a related field
Education Qualification: Master’s Degree (M.Ed preferred)
Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
Excellent communication and classroom management abilities
Passion for education and student development
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
