Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary Level Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English and Social Studies, with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting academic excellence among students.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for English and Social Studies that meet curriculum standards.
Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, including tests, assignments, and classroom participation.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
Foster critical thinking and discussion among students regarding historical events and literary texts.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary teaching strategies.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administration regarding academic progress and student needs.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
Supervise and assist students during extracurricular activities and school events as needed.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Social Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
Strong understanding of the English language and social studies curriculum.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
Proficient in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance learning.
