Education Level : Graduate (Masters)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification
  • Should have a Teaching License.
  • Master's Degree in Nepali, Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal Nepali, with a sound understanding of grammar, literature, and language acquisition.
  • Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with modern teaching methods, educational technology, and differentiated instruction approaches.
  • Basic Knowledge of computer, internet and IT systems.

Job Description

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons for secondary-level students.
  • Create a conducive learning atmosphere that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
  • Assess student progress through regular evaluations, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum enhancements and teaching methodologies.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that respects diversity and promotes academic excellence.
  • Use educational technology and digital resources effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences in the classroom.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and other school-related activities to contribute to the school community and further professional growth.
