Other Specification

Should have a Teaching License.
Master's Degree in Nepali, Education or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
Proficiency in both written and verbal Nepali, with a sound understanding of grammar, literature, and language acquisition.
Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with modern teaching methods, educational technology, and differentiated instruction approaches.
Basic Knowledge of computer, internet and IT systems.
