  • Minimum Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
  • Should have a Teaching License.
  • Should posses excellent communication, organizational and strong leadership skills.
  • A deep and sound knowledge of the subject.
  • Strong knowledge of computer science concepts, software, platforms, IT Systems and tools for teaching and learning.
  • Excellent ability to communicate complex information.
  • Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with modern teaching methods, educational technology, and differentiated instruction approaches.

Job Description

  • Preparing systematic lesson planning and it’s supporting materials
  • Conducting classroom teaching and learning activities in realistic context
  • Organizing the classroom and learning resources to create positive learning environment
  • Plan and implement various educational activities and events to enhance student's learning for the development of students
  • Use ICTs to facilitate students learning and develop teaching materials
  • Observing and evaluating students to identify students progress
  • Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback for students' learning growth
  • Maintaining accurate and complete student records
  • Assess students' learning regularly, provide feedback, and help them improve
  • Provide continuous feedback to school management for the improvement
