• Carry out duties in all internal and external work as assigned by the Principal/HODs
• Ensure the smooth running of classes and assessments under the guidance of the Principal
• Maintain and closely monitor the attendance of students both in class, outdoor activities and in laboratories
• Prepare and submit a monthly syllabus coverage reports
• Manage and implement entrance examination and block wise examinations
• Organize and conduct extra-curricular activities under the guidance of the Principal/HODs
• Evaluate the answer papers and submit results within the deadline
• Regularly update the Principal on all academic issues and seek advice on any issues which need their intervention before taking action
• Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of academic quality assurance and arrangement
• Act and always conduct in manner befitting the IWS
