• Should have a Teaching License.
• Master's Degree in English or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
• Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, with a sound understanding of grammar, literature, and language acquisition.
• Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods, educational technology, and differentiated instruction approaches.
• Basic Knowledge of computer, internet and IT systems.
