Job Description

Gorkha Athletic is looking for a dedicated and reliable Seasonal Sales Assistant to join our team during the busy months of Dashain (Asoj) and Tihar (Kartik). The successful candidates will be required to work throughout the entire festival period. This role involves managing online customer inquiries, processing and packing orders from Daraz, Instagram, and our website, and ensuring timely delivery via Patau or other arranged transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer messages on Daraz, Facebook, Instagram, and the Gorkha Athletic Website promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order tracking.

Order Processing:

  • Accurately process and pack orders for delivery.
  • Ensure all orders are correctly labeled and prepared for dispatch.
  • Coordinate with delivery services like Patau for timely order fulfillment.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
  • Assist in restocking and organizing the storage area as needed.

Quality Control:

  • Perform quality checks on all products before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with online sales platforms.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Compensation:

Salary: Based on experience.

Incentives: Extra pay for working on Saturdays, as well as performance-based bonuses for meeting sales and delivery targets.
