Location: Thapathali, Kathmandu

Position: Full-Time | Senior Level

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies across various platforms.
Perform detailed keyword research to guide content teams.
Optimize on-page and off-page elements for improved rankings.
Conduct technical SEO audits and implement solutions.
Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversions, etc.) and generate detailed reports.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to optimize websites.
Lead a team of junior SEO specialists and provide mentorship.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Proven track record of managing successful SEO campaigns.
Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
